I suffered from the same thing years ago and sometimes I still get a little anxiety with I have to do certain things. The key is to think positively. When you feel an anxiety attack coming on you should immediately think about what you’re thinking about. What I mean is become aware of your thought processes so you can think of something else right away. The more you dwell on things the more likely you will have an anxiety attack.
Also, there is this website where you can get these all natural/herbal supplements that can help you with your anxiety. I hope this was helpful and good luck!
Acupuncture can be very beneficial for anxiety and other forms of emotional distress. If you are fearful of needles, you may want to try acupressure on yourself, or even better, by a professional acupressure therapist.
Here’s an article describing some of the key points for using acupressure for anxiety:
however, acupuncture is a much stronger therapy, especially for anxiety. I recommend finding an acupuncturist that can be gentle to help ease you into this form of treatment.
Here’s some information on acupuncture for anxiety:
an acupuncturist can also often recommend Chinese herbal medicine that can benefit anxiety, without needles or the side effects of pharmaceuticals.
Hope you feel better soon…
if you are not interested in medication or acupuncture for Anxiety and Panic disorders then I suggest that you learn about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). EFT is also called “acupressure for the emotions” or “acupuncture without needles”. It has a very good success rate for anxiety.
I strongly recommend that you do not try to treat yourself and that you work with an experienced EFT practitioner. You can Google EFT practitioners near you. Good Luck.
