I have a friend who is an acupuncturist. I know that it’s supposed to get my “chi” flowing and stuff, but is it supposed to help with depression? Have you or anyone you know had success using acupuncture (or acupressure) for this purpose? I am very open minded, just don’t want to waste MORE money trying to “fix myself” with a “quick fix”.
